This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds will be processed for products purchased through our official website or authorized sellers.
Returns:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You received a wrong product.
- The product is spoiled upon arrival due to delay or cold chain failure.
- The packaging is tampered with or open at the time of delivery.
- Please note:
- We do not accept returns if the item has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a frozen or chilled condition as applicable.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or refund due to the perishable nature of frozen food.
Refunds:
- If your claim is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are not issued for delays due to incorrect delivery address or recipient unavailability.
